2012 Galactic Alignment Seen from the International Space Station (ISS)

Engineer and scientist Maurice Cotterell discussed his research into sun spots and solar cycles, and how they affect history, evolution, and the rise and fall of civilizations. The Chinese first observed sunspots more than 3,000 years ago, and were aware of their 11-year cycle, he said. Additionally, there are sun cycles lasting 187 years, and 18,000 years, Cotterell explained. Periods with higher sunspot activity lead to increased fertility but also disorders such as schizophrenia, whereas during the solar minimum there can be mini-ice ages, he detailed. He theorized that creatures evolved through DNA mutations brought about by solar wind radiation-- the radiation from the sun would arrive in narrow beams, so only certain members of a species would be affected.

December 3, 2012 is 25,920 minutes until December 21, 2012

Dec 3 is exactly 18 days before Dec 21. 18days*24hrs*60min = 25,920. The Progression of the Equinox takes exactly 25,920 years.

Proton Flux

Apparently, a big spike of protons is coming at us from the sun. Some people think protons accelerate human consciousness.

The End of the Kali Yuga: When the craziest among us are running the asylum

Except for the anti-marijuana stance and the statement that Lord Kalki will return, I basically agree with this essay "Why does the World Shadow Government destroy its own Home Planet". Here is an excerpt:

"As we retrospectively view the history of the planet over the past 100, 1000 or 5000 years, we see a landscape littered with the ravages of war, conflict and awesome oppression. There are so many examples of mass murder and theft of resources on such a grand scale that one sometimes wonders if this place might be hell. Of course, it is only a hell for those who created it and surely those who run the place have always played a major role in the tragedy side of life. But not without many of us acting as accomplices, wittingly or unwittingly."

Twin Towers eerily remniscent of past event

Architects have designed a pair of apartment towers in South Korea that are unbelievably reminiscent of the 9/11 attacks on New York's World Trade Centre. If this image is in our collective unconscious, creating two apartment buildings connected by hanging garden terraces is a much better externalization of this image than what occurred on 9/11.

I am really beginning to think that the television series, "Charlie Jade," was more prescient than even I originally thought.

While there may or may not be other universes around us, these "glimpses into the future" seem quite dystopian and completely in line with the vision of Alphaverse outlined in that tv series, which only ran for one season.

The building called Vertical Landfill acts as a reminder of the outrageous amount of rubbish produced and includes a power plant that converts energy from the waste

Astronomers Find Dwarf Sun Beyond Pluto

The newly discovered brown dwarf is reported to be located just about 60 to 66 AU (1 AU=the distance from the Sun to Earth) from us (its parigee), currently in the direction of the constellation Sagittarius. Because of periodic gravitational disturbances in areas of space further out, specifically in the Oort Cloud, the Spanish group of astronomers believe G1.9 travels in an elliptical orbit extending possibly hundreds of AU beyond the furthest known planets (its apogee). Its position just beyond Pluto suggests it is at its closest approach to the Sun and Earth.

Bhutan Rails Against World's Suicide Path

Add  hutan's PM, Jigmi Thinley: 'We do not need to accept as inevitable a world of impending climate chaos.' Photograph: Europa Newswire/Demotix/Corbis

The tiny Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan, aghast at what it calls the world's "suicidal path", has called on heads of state and leading economists to come to the capital Thimphu for a global summit to reform the international financial system and the way countries measure progress.
"We need to rethink our entire growth-based economy so that we can thrive more effectively on our own resources in harmony with nature. We do not need to accept as inevitable a world of impending climate chaos and financial collapse," prime minister Jigmi Thinley will tell the UN in New York on Monday.

Incredibly Beautiful Pink Elephants from Burma

Despite their unusual appearance, the rare jumbos, which are officially known as white elephants, are not a distinct species to grey elephants nor are they albinos.

The animals are treasured in Buddhist countries where their appearance is said to bring good fortune and can herald political change.

Charlie Jade

Follow the link to an interesting television show that was filmed in South Africa in 2005.

The television show, "Charlie Jade" introduces us to the concept of at least three parallel universes, Alphaverse, Betaverse, and Gammaverse, the collective name of which is the Multiverse.

Alphaverse is highly developed technologically, and is ruled by corporations. Betaverse, is our universe and Gammaverse is in comparison a version of paradise. Scientists have found a way to open a gate between them, unknown to the general population of each universe. Below is the link to, where you can watch the all the episodes of "Charlie Jade" for free. Right below the link to is an eight minute and 4 second synopsis of the series.

I think she is adorable, rest in peace Yoda

When a beloved pet dies, good manners usually dictate saying something nice about the departed companion.

Yoda won the 2011 World's Ugliest Dog contest at the Sonoma Marin Fair for her short tufts of hair, protruding tongue, and long, seemingly hairless legs.

Machine dated at 400 million years found in Russia

Maybe it's true, maybe it's not; but I found this article interesting.

RUSSIA. In the remote Kamchatka peninsula (map below), 200 km from Tigil, University of St. Petersburg archaeologists discovered a strange fossil. The authenticity of the find has been certified. According archaeologist Yuri Golubev, occurs that, in this case the discovery surprised scientists by its nature, at least - unusual, able to change history (or pre-history).

It is not the first time that is an artifact, an ancient object, something like this is found in that region. But, surprisingly conserved, this specific artifact is - at first glance, inlaid in rock (which is understandable since the peninsula is home to numerous volcanoes). Subjected to analysis, the conjunct showed to be made of metal parts that seem to form a mechanism, a gear which may be of a type of watch or computer. The astonishing is that all the pieces were dated in 400 million! of anos.Yury Gobulev commented:

We got a call from the prefec of Tigil. He told us that hikers that were walking in place, found these remains in rock. We went to the place indicated, and initially we not understand what we saw. There were - hundreds of toothed cylinders which appeared to be parts of a machine.

They were in perfect state of conservation, as if they were frozen in a short period of time. It was necessary control the area, because soon the curious began to appear in large numbers. Other scientists, americans geologists, defined the piece as an amazing and mysterious artifact.

Nobody could believe that 400 million years ago could have existed on Earth even a man [even more a machine]. At that time, the forms of vida were very simple, but the finding, [simply] - clearly suggests the existence of intelligent beings capable of such technology. Certainly, such beings would had come from other planets. It is possible that a spaceship can had was damaged [or there was an accident] and it was abandoned in place

It was found also that the parts have reached to the fossilization state in a period of time historicaly and geologically short. Possibly, the "machine" fell into a swamp. Despite the findings, cautious, scientists prefer to consider that the evidences are not definitive - yet. And Gobulev ponders: Refuse the existence of technology [even in past as indented] is a serious mistake because evolution is not linear.

Swing music and heartphase resonance

Over at David Wilcox's website, a poster in the comments section, markoff, wrote on February 22, 2012:

"The difference, Winter says, between Heavy Rock/Blues and Swing is heartphase resonance. The heart swings at one-TWO-three-FOUR (lubDUB lubDUB). Rock/blues is ONE-two-THREE-four (LUBdubLUBdub), 180 degrees out of phase to heart rhythm.

Reject counterheart beats of blues/rock as boring downer emotions at best and joy suppression at worst; cause IT DON'T MEAN A THING IF IT AIN'T GOT THAT SWING. Plants will tell ya... Bop On."

To that end, here is a video of Glen Miller's Moonlight Serenade.

High Frequency Trading

This unbelievable animated .gif file shows how high frequency, electronic trading has completely removed the human element. There are no people trading these positions, just computers. Yes, there may be some human agency involved to program these computers to trade, but this is now like a human trying to play chess with a computer; you can't do it. Unless you work for a big trading house that has the magic algorithm, there is no way the average person using a PC, a laptop, or god help you, a netbook, can hope to trade futures and make any money. The game is rigged and we can't win. The only way to win, is not to play.

Global Consciousness Project

The Princeton Global Consciousness Project has a visual representation of the "mind of the world." Whenever I look at it, the first picture that downloads is always very stable and symmetrical. A minute later, when a new picture loads, it always resembles a glass shattering. Here are the three pictures that I saw today. I always consider the first one to be the picture that I really didn't influence. It is the second one that always concerns me the most. And the third is like the system has stabilized itself after I have looked at it.

Picture 2 - Yikes!
